Rusty,

We're still having a lot of problems with our Mac business users dealing with their Mailbox contents, in spite of everything we've done to address the problem with revised Mailbox icons and messages about the problem (see attached example). Many users don't actually look in their Mailbox (we've checked the BBS Logs to confirm this) and too many don't Trash the contents after they have read/downloaded the material.

This is an ongoing problem with respect to wasted BBS disk space and messages that go unanswered for considerable periods of time. Remember, these are small business Mac users, most of whom don't use the Internet or only have something like an AOL account to deal with E-mail, mostly with family members, such as their kid's at college.

It would help us if TF User had the ability to bring-up a DLOG that says something like:

"You have mail or files in your In-Basket, please
dispose of them before disconnecting."

Can you give us such an option in a future TF User?

-Rod
