I have examined a sample file created with PhotoShop and "Captioned" with Iron Mike, curtesy of Jim Leary at Bruce Bennett Studios. The delimiters for fields appear be pairs of carriage returns. This gave me an idea, that we could add optional parameters to the DIR.SPML that specify field delimiter as either a string of hex values like the method currently used to specify RGB color values. While we are at it, we could add the range of fields to be extracted using integer values for the begining and endings of ranges separated by dashes, and multiple ranges separated by commas. To extract the required fields from Jim's caption, the following options would be added to the DIR_LIST command in the DIR.SPML template.
