Thanks Dan,

You made that nice and clear, except for one mistake. There was only one UM running the whole time and it was the correct one. Then as you explain the problem was solved by eliminating the UM Prefs and letting it create a new one.

All along it was a corrupt UM Prefs in the system folder that (as you said) was overriding the one in UM, that was causing the problem, not multiple or incorrect UM running. Thanks again.
