I would like for Mail Server to allow gating of mail and messages between TFNet and Fidonet. There are some TF-based systems scattered accross the globe, that would like to participate in Fidonet, but cannot due to unreliable connections, unavailable feed, or unsupported gateway software. I would volunteer to gate for them but I think that Mail Server will not allow it becasue of a potential probelm with duplicate messages that Chris Silverberg was worried about. I did not see where the problem existed because the MacKennel software should detect and delete them. Mail Server could also be modified to detect and delete dupes before gating.
