We're going to start posting special offers and notices, which normally are just TF/User text files, as HTML files.

So that they display properly when read from the WWW interface.

Now, that complicates things for people using TF/User, who are going to get tags in their face.

We'd like TF/User to be able to read and properly display HTML.
