You can do this yourself, by modifying the template for error.spml. I use the following lines in my error.spml to do this:

<!-- #log TIMESTAMP ADDRESS USER_AGENT "<A HREF=" REFERER ">" REFERER "</A>" USER_NAME -->
<!-- #count -->

The following is an excerpt from the badlink log file from my system:

>03/13/99   22:46:37    dialup5.pm1.wazoo.com.  Mozilla/4.5 (Macintosh; I; PPC)
