Do you have this problem signing on over the Internet or just over a LAN? If the problem only occurs on a LAN, that's normal. If you sign on directly from one computer on your network to your TeleFinder server, you are not going through the Internet -- therefore, you are not going through a Domain Name Server which will convert the name to numbers.
