Hi, I'm having a real problem, I just purchased a pair of USR v34+ (33.6 capable) modems (stock Mac versions), and I'm finding that alot of users are transferring files at about 600 cps, sometimes uploading, sometimes downloading, even though they've connected successfully at their modem's speed. I'm not sure yet, but it seems that this doesn't occur to the same user(s) every time, ie. if they disconnect and call back, there's a good chance that all is OK. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I did wrong? Everything was fine until I switched to these modems, so I'm assuming that the problem is not from the caller's side.
