Why isn't my modem listed in the modem selections on any version of telefinder. I have a GVC Teleport Gold IIv, not a GVC Teleport Gold II. There is a difference and it really screws my computer up.
A user sent me the above message. Is there a settings file specifically for a IIv? Is there even a difference between the IIv and the II?
Once again another user with the same modem is having a problem. Sending the manual is not an option. These users only have a problem with their modem when they use Telefinder. The solution for them is that they will give me a few more chances to figure it out then they are going to trash Telefinder. I hope that Spider Island will take the initiative to figure out this problem so that I do not lose the 5 or 6 users that have this popular modem.
