I have several users with the Global Village Teleport Gold IIv, all with problems. I have never been able to help them resolve it, even after a call to SpiderIsland's tech support. I am told that the Gold IIv is the same as the Gold II, except it has voice (v) capabilities. There still must be a difference between these two modems though. We have tried every GVC setting file there, to no avail!
