One of my users is having trouble connecting with my bbs (modem/landline) using a Motorola 3400 28.8 modem (UK title). We're not sure which of the modem settings to use (none seem to match the modem name). A connection can be made but tranfers are extremely slow with loads of re-transmits. The line seems OK. What settings do you reccomend?
