These speeds are what I generally get these days. ISDN at SpiderIsland BBS (56k) used to be better in the past, about 6000 cps. At Spider BBS (Holland; 64k) I usually get 7500 cps or up.
TCP at SpiderIsland, at SpiderHolland or other TF BBS's show about the same speeds; a maximum of about 2000 cps for .sit files, against 3500 cps for .hqx files when using Anarchie to FTP from Hawaii.
What do you think of these figures? Do you have an explanation for the low ISDN speeds?
