Unfortunately some Telephone Co main frames are a little outdated, this may not be the problem but,,, some frame cards can get too hot if there is no communication going through them while they are online. Some Telephone COs instruct their LAN or computer to shut down that particular node when or before the card gets too hot. Call up your local phone co and find out, and let me know what the solution was for future reference.
