Well, for those in the UK, I eventually reported my ISDN line as faulty to British Telecom: was working OK with local and regional numbers, but failed with the international number to SpiderIsland in USA.
Advice from BT: use an extra leading zero in the dial code! No satisfactory explanation yet, so I'm dialling 0001 ....
Anyone know why the extra zero is needed with ISDN but not with a modem? Am I the only one using ISDN to dial internationally?
