I have sent you several emails, you have not replied. We are a large publishing house in Australia and use your HDS mail, a product we believe to be, potentially, one of TF strongest assets. However, there is no followup support, little or no indication of future development. Also, when we tried, unsuccessfully, to purchase OAT, you replied to try KAGI, we did, no luck! You or Jon (the developer?) need to take this a 'bit more seriously' or tell all of us NOW, that you no longer wish to be involved in these products, so that we (and others) can decide our future with TF as our preferred solution. We (and others) have SUPPORTED you by purchasing your products, now it's your turn!
