Hi again,

Well the saga of HDS mail just goes on and on. Once again I have tried to contact Ken (and Jonathan) and yes, you guessed it, no response. The web site of Highlander (www.highlander.com.uk) mentions how they value customers and how important good service is! What planet do you have to be on to receive this good service. I'm tired of their standing replies of "I haven't received your mail" etc etc. Turn the record (or should that be CD) over.

I have long supported TF and wish to continue to do so but NOT at the expense of standing still. Browser mail is very exciting (Microsoft know this, they bought Hotmail) why can't Rusty develop (or buy) this mail plugin, shit this is dynamite, checking your mail from any airport, internet café etc and at any time with no email client. F--K, stop giving excuses and either develop it or call it quits, I paid money for this software.

I just hope all of you who paid money (let's not get into the argument of price, we paid what was asked), and who feel as strongly as I do, start making YOUR feelings known.
