I use the Mailing list importer here and it works okay. In fact, the lists I import are responsible for those messages you saw when you first connected. I have found it easiest to name the user the same name as the list and have all items named the same thing in Mail Server, User Manager, and in the List configuration of OAT, just to get things started.

The OAT dox say that you'll find the conference file created in the mailbox of the user that is created for the list, and that use should create an alias of it and place it in your message area. This will not work, due to a change in the way TF handles aliases, without marking the area as "Okay for aliases" in User Manager.

I work around this by changing the mail directory for the list to the actual destination path where I want the list to show up on my system from User Manager, and also change its "thrd" entry in Mail Server to the same path.
