Yes you are right, I did't post what the problem is. With regard to 'bad mouthing the product's authors won't get you any better or faster service', then it appears Daniel you obviously get 'some' service. Quite frankly, being 'nice', considering I have paid for the product, hasn't worked either.
Issues: 1. One problem relates to crashes with TF when mail has attachments. If the files are .hqx everything is fine but most other attachments including .sea .sit etc will 9 out of 10 times cause the server to crash or will not expand intact. We have no control over file attachments sent to us, and the only way around this problem is to download mail thru Emailer etc. which handle these type of attachments OK.
2. The lack of development and features We were told that there would be future upgrades. When?
3. The lack of support.
We LOVE the product, we WANT it to SUCCEED as there is NOTHING else out there for Macs and browser mail. We really want to use this software but I am fighting a losing battle with NT if we can't address the problems we are experiencing.
