I do get service Gary. I have problems like most others, and I work with the
developers to locate and correct the problems rather than bash the authors.
I don't always get the solutions or features I request, but I do have a
better than average track record, I would guess.

Is there a problem with file attachment size, total size of all attachments,
size of attachments of a certian type, etc? I have seen probelms with file
attachments on my own system but they have NOTHING to do with HDS email, (in my specific case) because the problems were occuring from a combination of Netscape and Mail Server. (They did not go through the plug-in). The fault could be in OAT
itself, because I do have it processing mail also, to provide Postmaster and
the other Mail Filtering functions. If you do not have OAT installed, then
this would not be a factor on your site.

I do not personally oversee the development schedule so I cannot answer the
"when" question. I can tell you from my face to face conversations with Ken
Sutherland while I was in Scotland last week, that poor response to the
offering of Online Assistant for TeleFinder by TF sysops has disillusioned
Ken about producing further products. OAT is an excellent program and well
worth the price, yet demand has been sluggish. There will most likely be an
update to the Email plugin to address file attachment problems. I do not
know the speciifcs of this, but I do know that Ken and Jon are aware of it.

>3. The lack of support.

I would respond to this the way I did before. An accurate description of
problems experienced, along with a description of the hardware and software
configuration, and actions taken prior to the occurance goes a lot further
than bashing posts in the public forums.

See above. I will try to help you as best as I can.
