That depends on what you are looking for. For me OAT is worth every single penny because one of the main reasons why I founded a BBS in the first place was so that I can import mailing list about my profession to my board. If I didn't have the OAT option, I would have to revert to the E-mail-->Echo utility written for Tabby.

If the product is ready AND if it is a good product, you don't need to much apart from marketing it. For that matter, Jonathan was the best salesperson I have met, because he believed in what he did. The moment he saw what I needed, he marketed his product. It took me two years to buy it eventually but then it took me two years to setup TF too :-)

My next move will be for HDS Mail but I am waiting for two things: 1. that it becomes as stable as OAT 2. that I saw proper marketing (and service) before me. The first step in that direction begins by answering queries.
