I deal with Ken Sutherland, rather than Jonathan Paisley, and I have experienced NO problems contacting him, either. Jonathan Paisley is probably attending college now and so busy with that he has no time to respond, but I do not know with any degree of certainty.
As far as your WARNING goes, I wish you the best of luck getting a solution that integrates with TeleFinder. Frankly, I do not want to pursue options that do not integrate with what I already have here. Online Assistant for TeleFinder, the HDS EMail plugin and HDS File Search engine plugin are working for my system.
In closing, I would recommend that any beef you have with HDS products should be referred to Ken, not Jon.
