It is faceless. You access it by selecting a graphic image with the control key held down. It made it possible to delete any custom icon, a big help when developing for the web.
It won't work in OSX 10.5 and I very much need a replacement tool if anyone can please recommend one.
I did have something not quite as useful but a mini-crash seems to have deleted it and I can't remember what the damned thing was called!
It was less-useful because of the annoying "are you sure" extra trouble it put me to. Control-open then chose "delete icon" or whatever the command was. Move on to "are you sure" and choose "yes, I know what I'm doing" Grrrr
