If it were "MY" Mac, I would go to Locations under the Apple, and set up a NEW Location from SCRATCH, in the Network Configuration Screen, for the operating Location, There are a lot of times where the IP Stack and pList with this information can get corrupted, and the only way to get things back on track, is to Start over with a New Location, from scratch. Saved me a lot of headaches over the years.
