I created a DVD using a DVD+RW with my TV's DVD recorder (Copying my laserdisc). I tested it, then put my DVD+RW in my Mac, and an empty DVD-R in my Mad Dog. After I cancelled out of playing the movie, I tried to find how to duplicate the DVD. I didn't see it, so I copied the files within it and burned the disk.
Then I inserted the copy, but it didn't play.
This shouldn't be a protected disk. How should I have copied my DVD+RW?
