I'm going here from memory but this essentially describes how to duplicate a
DVD using Disk Utility....

a) Insert the DVD

b) Open Disk Utility

c) From Disk Utility create a disk image of the DVD

d) Eject the DVD

e) From Disk Utility select Burn and then identify the disk utility as the
contents to burn.
