I want to install Lame so that Audacity can use it. I found a few on-line that want me to put a directory someplace, but without understanding how this works, I continued searching until I found http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/18882 which appears to be a standard installation.
But after I installed it, I still couldn't find it and direct Audacity to it.
I suppose it is somewhere on my computer, but I'm not finding any evidence of it.
How do I find it? Or is there a simpler way to get Audacity to export .MP3 files?
