I guess "disc" was a bad choice of wording on my part. I apoligize. This
thing has 2 operating systems on it....a 10.3.4 and a OS 9. I was using the
OS 10.3.4 with no problems. I switched over to the OS 9 from the OS 10.3.4.
Apparently the OS 9 isn't working and I haven't been able to switch back to
the good one.
