Yes - I have a driver, and installed it. Or at least the readme says that I did, since I now have an uninstall in the apps folder.

It was bought off the net, and is a branded SCR243 card, not a "faceless" OEM. I just bought it.
This is a good link, thanks. But the reference it gives to <http:// homepage.mac.com/geddis/.Public/SmartCards/Admin_Guides/10.4.3/ TigerSmartcardSetup.zip> fails, as .mac says the page no longer exists.
