Um, he _did_ respond, and the same day Greg and I posted. You didn't see it, of course, nor did I, since I would only have seen it via someone's follow-up, and neither Greg nor anyone else responded to it. The point is, though, that the guy did monitor the thread and post again, and he's the one waiting for a reply.
