Export

for example:
Export
Quicktime
Expert Settings
Export: Movie to Quicktime Movie
Options
Sound Settings: AAC, 24000 kHz, Stereo(L R), 48 kbps
Video Settings: H.264, 24fps, 1000 kbps, multi-pass

Before, you complained about lack of options for different formats.
So don't start complaining now about too many options for different
formats...
