I agree, I can't believe it doesn't sync to-dos. There are cheap to-do apps available in the app store, but none will sync with ical. Applecare support don't seem to consider this an issue at all, I will pay money to sort this out if I have to, because otherwise, I'll be carrying my fat paper diary around with me again. I thought this was going to be a business tool, but apparently it's an ipod with a phone on.
Incidentally, it also doesn't record video, i can't find a skype app.
