Open up the page from your .rtf file on your monitor. Press Shift
Command 4 and you will see a cursor that changes from the arrow to a
grey circle with a cross heir on top. Press the mouse left or only
button and drag a rectangle around the area you want to store on this
server of yours. By so dragging and letting go of the mouse button, your
Mac will take a picture of the area (both pic and text) and it will be
found on your desktop or as set by preferences elsewhere. It will be in
either the .png or pdf format probably. It may be in .jpg format. It
depends on your set up.

If it is not in jpg, you can convert it to jpg via many image software
programs, many are free like GraphicConverter.
