You haven't tried clearing the cache yet, have you? That should be the
first thing you try when a browser starts misbehaving. If that doesn't
do it, so how it behaves when you run it from another user account,
creating a new one for this purpose ideally. That will tell us whether
it's a global problem or unique to your account.
