One of the plug-ins may have become corrupted.

Try moving the Plug-in folder out of the PageMaker folder. If PageMaker
then runs you can quit PageMaker and put the plug-in folder back, but
take out all the files. Then slowly put back each plug-in one at a time
restarting PageMaker until you find the one causing the problem -
delete that plug-in.

If that doesn't work you can try re-installing PageMaker and that wil
replace all the files with fresh versions from the install CD.
