I saw confirmation yesterday that blueberry is, in fact, a different color than the iMac. Supposedly it's "bluer" if that's a word and a bit darker. This is, I believe, the same color as the new PowerMac G3's. In some pictures I've seen on the net, it looks almost totally blue, in others it looks very very similar to the iMac. I guess this is where people SHOULD be using their color-correction systems like Colorsync, eh? :)

The biggest questions I have about the iMac is whether or not they have the Rage128 graphics architecture included. If they do, I don't see any big loss of the mezzanine slot (other than the nice SCSI cards that were coming out for it) since the games performance of the Rage128 should be at least the same and probably better than that in the voodoo2 cards.

The other big question: some marketing person should be flogged if they neglect to relable the "tangerine" iMacs as "Go Vols! orange" iMacs in the state of Tennessee :) They'd sell a million of them just to Vol fans :)

GO VOLS! Undefeated National Champs 1998! (and STILL NO RESPECT from ESPN...what a bunch of losers)
