One thing I've been trying to get to work is an internet mailing list. I've found a program that would let me run one, but I couldn't get it to work with the VMUGM account (I wonder why.. :) ). If someone knows of a POP mailbox we could use for VMUGM I could try again.

Michael

Are you referring to Macjordomo or some other pseudo-listserv? As for a POP mailbox, here's what you should do:

Dial up Shadowscape (382-5972) with your term emulator.
Get an account.
Send them $5 (which is currently 25 hours credit)
You'll get an internet email address, which you get set separately from your userid.
Then, log on to your normal ppp server, your mail server is 'nfocomm.com', you have your USERID and PASSWORD for identification, and you're set!

I don't think they charge you for that time, either, since you're technically not logged on.

I'm about to switch to this setup to run my mailing list, CyberJibe (a humor newsletter.)

P.S. write to subjibe@nfocomm.com to get on cyberjibe.
