That panel will be the same for your regular internet access as it is for telefinder. No one can send you that info except your ISP since it primarily is the set up info for your internet access to work with their system.

Assuming you are working with FreePPP 2.5v3 (or thereabouts) you would select FreePPP from the top button. You probably would select manually on the next. The rest of the address information is the information your ISP would provide to you.
