I like and use Claris Homepage for the bulk of my work. I have played with earlier versions of Dreamweaver and did not like the way it worked. Perhaps the new version is better. I use GoLive to do precision graphic placement. It does tables for your graphic layouts. It is also very sophisticated and powerful but has a long learning curve. I also use it to set up frames. I wish I knew more about but I don't have the patience to sit down and learn it.
Homepage lets you build up your own libraries of favorite routines. They become drag and drop. It also has built in commands for use with filemaker. Its not perfect but its priced right and it is fairly civil. You can turn off most of the irritating features that put extra code in your html unlike many programs.
