<<It must've been my phone lines. I'm in the process of moving to Wisconsin, and I'm temporarily living in my parents apartment in Chicago. (Oh yeah! I left Memphis yesterday! Bye everyone!) Anyway, I'm connecting with AIS/Chicago, and I'm getting 28.8 receive, and transmit. It initially connected with 31.2R/28.8T, but then it dropped down. Now of course I just need to buy a AAUI & ether patch cable, so I can play Bolo with my little brothers. :) I lost my localtalk connectors somewhere (did I leave them at a VMUGM meeting?), and the serial cable I have won't quite reach. I figure that I might as well switch to ether.>>
Ladd, Hey, join the new "Not really in Memphis but still using Headgap" club! Good to know I'm not the only one who likes this place so much :) I do seem to remember that there was a localtalk phonenet connector or something similar left at Daryl's house over the last meeting. I think something was posted, but you call so seldomly I don't know if you caught it or not.
How's life in Chicago? Do you have a job up there? Working for Beale Street anymore?
