Well, overall, there were around 40 replies to my question. Everyone that receives this email wanted to know what responses that I received. Here they are:
Most of the responses were in favor of Pre-Lister 3.0. The interface looks good and looks to be a great tool for putting auctions on. The majority of people that used this software like it. I want to thank all of you for responding, because there are a lot of people out there that want a great piece of software that only PC users currently have.

Recently, my brother's senior high school English class decided to create their own production of the classic novel, "Wuthering Heights." After doing all of the video taping, my brother was in charge of the editing and post-production. As he sat in front of the bank of VCR's, I asked him how he was going to do the credits. He replied that he was going to use the text abilities of the camcorder to type in the credits. I immediately decided that was not good enough...we could use my PowerBook G3 to do the work.
We sat down and in a matter of 20 minutes had the credits set up in PowerPoint 98. Using the RCA adapter that comes with the PowerBook G3, I hooked my trusty little Mac into the VCR. From the Control Strip I switched to 640x480 television output. The presentation appeared on the screen, and as I started the presentation my brother started the opening music. Everything went so smoothly, we ended up doing the final credits in the same manner.
Although I've been using Macintosh for 10 years now, these wonderful machines never cease to amaze me. I would challenge any PC notebook-toter to so simply and easily create a video. I work for a school system in Plainville Connecticut and we are looking for Macintosh Foreign Language Software. We are looking for software that can do video streaming and audio recording or monitoring.
The following better explains what we are looking for.
Plainville High School seeks to obtain a world language laboratory, which compliments the present infrastructure within the school. Furthermore, it is important that this system integrates with wide area network.
* The laboratory should provide thirty networked stations for students to individually or in small groups, listen, observe and write the language being learned. * The laboratory should provide a central teacher workstation for control. * The laboratory should provide for central storage of information as well as for central serving of the world language programming. * The laboratory should provide a means to view digital video clips, create and store digital audio and allow interaction between members or the class and the teacher as well small groups of students and the teacher. * The laboratory should provide individual or whole groups access to the larger world community through the Internet. * The laboratory should be technologically advanced to be easy to use and allow for ease of management. * The laboratory should be designed to allow access to students with special needs.
That should be enough info about what is needed.
This is what we have. Our High School has 60+ Mac workstations and 50pc workstations that run on a 100mbit network with 2 Novel servers and 3 Appleshare IP servers. We would like this new lab to use Macintoshes. The reason we'd like it to be Macs is that the rest of our school system uses Macs and training staff and students will be much easier. The server software we would like to use on the Mac or Novel if possible, if not anything but NT. The school is also connected to the Internet by a T1 connection. Well I hope someone can help us.
