Hello all!!! I'm new to this forum. I have an Imac G3 (OS 9.1)which has been very reliable up to this point. In the last few days, when the computer has gone into the sleep mode, it doesn't spin down all the way. It seems like when it goes to spin down it wakes up for a millisecond the tries to sleep again, wakes up and tries to sleep again etc. It continually does this until you wake it up. Also, When you shut the computer down using the shut down feature, the next time you start the computer up, it says the computer was shut down improperly and it runs disk first aid. This is very unusual for my computer.
Any ideas as to what the problem might be? I'm thinknning some type of software glitch but I honestly have no idea.
