Who else here is using Escape Velocity without any problems? I'd be willing to bet that those of you out there WITH problems running it are using VM. If you have plenty of RAM, I suggest running it on a small screen (640x480) with VM turned off, and give EV as much RAM as you have left. That should help things out.
