Not really sure what you are asking exactly but yes. 3 users can use one net connection, and they won't know why it is working. The more elegant is the web ramp that allows say two connections to the net via modems and 3+ users to access it all at once. You theoretically need two accounts but many ISP's don't know that you are logged on twice with the same account. You can use mixed speed modems as well like a 28.8 on one and a 14.4 on the other. Both WebRamp and VICOM have good Web Sites and a search engine will bring them up. They have much more details that I can give you about how and why they work.
The reason I don't have WebRamp working right now is that they only work one way and that is out. I would need WebRamp to do the same trick coming back. No way for my ISP to tell two of his ports to be the same IP address. I still thought about having the file transfer portion on one IP address and the other for general browsing of my web site. I could still do that but I really want ISDN.
