I updated the web bbs side last night so that it now addresses the new drive. I also added access for gooduser or better to use the AMUG archives from the web. If you get a chance take a look. The descriptions all read up nicely. Hit the web bbs button and log in and take a look.
I have been beta testing a "photo-plugin" that produces a tiny thumbnail on the fly for the web pages. Instead of a generic gif or jpeg icon you actually see a small preview. In a day or two I hope to have it online as well. I may have to partition up my directories a bit more to keep the redraw time down.
I still have a ways to go to finish up the new ud space but it is up there with around 6 gigabytes of actual files on the HFS+ formatted drive and most of them are compressed.
