I was offline a bit Wednesday evening. The system crashed about a dozen times earlier in the day and I could not find anything obvious. Norton checked clean and Tech Tool said no problems.
It has been a long while since I formatted the partition and put a fresh system folder on. I did just that and it took about 2 hours with desktop rebuilding.
Sorry if it inconvenienced you. The Headgap system is up 24 hours a day and auto resets if it gets hung. We have endeavored to always be up in the last 13 years and hopefully this will improve the reliability.
I should not have lost any mail but between about 8:00 - 8:30 you may wish to send a follow up message to insure your message got copied and out. I had shut down the mail server so it should have processed all on hold after I started the backup but you never really know for absolute sure. Thanks for your continued support and keep your mail box clean! It backs up all that junk mail that builds up and takes up space and time on the system. If you need it keep it, if not pull it off and trash it.
