Apple Offers Mail-in Rebates on Power Macintosh Computers for Holiday Season
CUPERTINO, Calif., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Computer Inc today announced mail-in cash rebates of up to U.S. $450.00 for consumers who purchase a Power Macintosh 7600 or 8500 computer. Rebates are valid on qualifying products purchased between Dec. 9, 1996 and Jan. 19, 1997.
Consumers who purchase a Power Macintosh 8500 computer will receive a cash rebate in the amount of U.S. $250.00 or U.S. $450.00 if a qualifying 17" or 20" Apple display is purchased at the same time. The purchase of a Power Macintosh 7600 qualifies the consumer for a rebate of U.S. $150.00 or U.S. $250.00 if a qualifying 17" or 20" Apple display is also purchased. Consumers should look for rebate coupons at their local authorized Apple reseller. Rebates are also available via fax by calling 800-262-0329, or through Apple's website at: http://www.apple.com/.
Apple is also offering reseller incentives on the Power Macintosh 7600 and 8500 display bundles.
