I downloaded and installed the Open Transport 2.7.6 update which Apple recommends for all OS9.1 users. It killed my systems ability to use the net making Explorer try to reinstall itself in a loop. Netscape and TeleFinder both couldn't find the appropriate OT libs. You want to stay away from this one. I don't have it on my system but Apple still has it up. Wait for the next update on this one for sure.
I did install the CarbonLib 1.3.1 which works fine.
