Keep in mind that if you copy this over your existing one you will lose our existing book.
I recommend that you open both your old and this new book in Excel as tab delimited text and merge the two files together. You can then sort it. Just make sure you save it out as tab delimited text and that the file is named Address Book. Use your combined file in place of the old one.
You can also upload this to your mail space in your pub folder and the addresses will also be available via HDS Mail over the Internet on Headgap.
