How to file a bug report
Filing a bug report is easy, and we welcome the feedback! Under the Help menu, select Send Bugs and Feedback and tell us what your problem is. Give as many details and specifics as possible, and screenshots if they apply. This will help us to be able to fix the bug as quickly as possible.
Not all bug reports will get a response, but we use a bug tracking system to monitor each report so none are lost. Often times, when we fix a bug, we’ll send you a link to the beta which fixes it and we will ask you to verify the fix before we release the patch to the public. However, if a bug is commonly reported, we may not be able to send the beta to everyone, but you’ll still get the fix in an automatic software update. Needless to say, it’s always a good idea to keep your software up to date.
