It makes the uploading go faster and everyones downloading faster (and cheaper). Two good choices are you can use Stuffit (Mac) or WInZip (PC) to compress the file as you prepare to upload. Ą2Ą Please do not upload commercial software. We can distribute freeware and shareware only (or Demos of Commercial s/w). Ą3Ą Also please include the version # in the title (if you can). It makes life easier for all of us. Ą4Ą If one program has a group of files, please Stuff them into one folder. It makes it easier on the downloaders. NOTE: Multiple applications in the same file is NOT a good idea though. Ą5Ą As good as a description as you can give, ie Known bugs or limitations, color (if it will run on 12" monitor or requires 13" or greater and/or # of colors required) or b/w, how many players, your rating of the file, type of game, multifinder compatibility, system 6 or system 7 capability, etc. Show Info on the Mac allows you to place descriptions in the files before uploading. Get Info from the file menu allows you to add descriptions after uploading. Ą6Ą Please check whether the file is already here using "BBS Find file" or by chatting with the online assistant and asking him to "find" it.
